Good Value
Definitely one of the best slip joints for the money. Backspring is surprisingly strong. Fit and finish are decent for the price. Blade came a little dull, but the geometry of the blade is good and with just a couple minutes on the stones it took a razor-sharp edge. Edge retention is good enough for cutting cardboard all day.
Excellent tool for the price
I'd be willing to bet the components are Chinese, even if the knife is assembled in Italy, but it is nonetheless surprisingly solid and capable. Not a razor, but sharp as I would expect. A drop of oil in the bolster corrected the level of friction perfectly.
