Good Heavy Work Knife

Lawrence h.

This one has a formula I like for heavy chores, bigger blade, bigger handle yet easy to manipulate. Despite its size it’s a snappy flipper. I can reliably open and close it while wearing gloves. Plenty of handle for all my fingers. Simple clean handle design, comfortable contouring, no hot spots. Well beveled liners. Smooth action right out of the box. Lockup is secure. Pocket read more clip was a bit stiff, I bent it, now it goes easy in and out of the pocket. I would pay more for a Sandvik steel blade like they put on some of their other models. I also have the wood and carbon fiber handle version of this knife. Super smooth action, too pretty for work so it mostly sits on display. This is a fine knife for the money.

Great knife

This knife came in a nice box with a zipper case. The blade was shaving sharp, lock up was perfect with no play in any direction. The knife is very pretty to look at. Only two small things I could find wrong. It has a very small mark in the carbon fiber on one side and the grind on the blade if your looking down from the top is very slightly uneven. It's hardly noticable and 9 out read more of 10 users would never notice. The rest of the knife is so good it didn't warrant a drop in stars. Will review again in a month or so.
