The cutout in the handle (to access the thumb hole) sometimes tricks me into thinking it's a liner lock, but nonetheless, by the time I realize it's a slip joint, my finger is already in a position to collapse the blade, so it's all good.
I carry this knife every day. It fits perfectly in my shirt pockets.
Eventually, I may get a pure Panchenko Design, but for now, this collaborative version with BlackFox is a wonderful budget option.

Excellent quality
Can't fault a thing in the fit and finish. One of the sharpest knives I've ever bought. Seems like it will hold up well. Subdued looks but a big enough blade to be useful. The one-handedness of it is a little questionable because of how you have to contort to do it, but if you go slow, it seems safe enough, and it is possible.
Great little slip joint
This is a perfect backup knife or a knife that you take to countries that only allow slip joints. The detents are perfect and i like that it has a grippy g10 handle. The thumb hole is placed in a great place for rightys. I just wish it had a deep carry pocket clip option

The blade was shaving sharp, g10 is nicely textured and the black color looks good. I would've rated it 5 stars but only gave 4 since one of the torx screws was inserted crookedly but was easily removed and positioned correctly.
