Two complaints. The bevel on the large blade is very uneven; I will have to try to even it up. Where was the quality control of this China-made knife? And, It is almost impossible to open ... I have used Tuf Glide and made hundreds of open/closings.…

This is a good import from Boker. While it may not be true 440C steel, it is close enough to provide durability under hard use.
