Boker Plus Tech-Tool City 1 Slip Joint Pocket Knife Black (2.75" Polish) 01BO801
About Boker Plus Tech-Tool City 1 Slip Joint Pocket Knife Black (2.75" Polish) 01BO801
Boker's traditional Tech-Tool series multi-tool pocket Knives are based on the original Boker Sport Knife that started it all. After nearly 150 yeARS of producing innovative, high quality Knives, Boker has revived this original design with some MODern updates from the 21st century. Each traditional Tech-Tool MODel has a polished Sandvik 12C27 steel drop point blade and a stainless steel handle with smooth, contoured G-10 scales. The full lineup features screw construction, as opposed to rivets, for strength and durability. Every Tech-Tool is outfitted with a glass breaker and a reversible pocket clip for tip-up or tip-down carry. The smallest MODel, the Tech-Tool City 1, is a slim pocket knife without any additional implements. There are seven MODels of the Boker Tech-Tool to choose from, each available in "City" black G-10 or "Outdoor" green G-10.

Great pocket knife with pocket Clip
This version of the knife is hard to find. Great pocket knife with excellent build quality and steel. About the size of your typical Swiss army knife, but pocket clip makes carry easy. This is my go to pocket knife now. Reasonable weight and excellent durability. Could do without the glass breaker point on the end of it though.
Excellent slip joint in this price point
The Good: Blade steel is excellent for the price, feels good in the hand, and the reversible deep carry pocket clip is solid. Razor sharp and a nice smooth action with solid engagement when open. Unlike some of the cheap slip joints I had as a kid, I have no fear of this one folding up on me while using it as long as I don't do anything stupid.
The Meh: I don't have any bad…

points about this knife so I'm calling this section Meh. The blade centering was a bit off, but while switching the pocket clip for tip up carry I was able to get it centered relatively easily with some quick tuning.
Boker slip joint
Fantastic blade. Constantly in my edc rotation and a fantastic combination of some high quality materials and finishes.
5th pocket
This is great for a backup but the walk and talk is a little on the stiff side
Not bad at all
As a truck driver, I visit a lot of places in my country that have pretty weird knife laws, so I decided to settle on getting a knife that would be legal pretty much anywhere and bought this little guy. I've never really owned a slipjoint before this one, and I always had that fear of the knife closing down on my fingers, but I don't really have that concern with this knife. The…

blade is nice and secure, while still being pretty easy to fold out. It has a nail knick but I can just pinch it out with my fingers just fine.
The blade came sharp, has options for tip up or tip down carry, and it just looks pretty stylish while also being practical. The only quip I have is I think it's just a touch bit too pricey for what you're getting, but compared to some other modern slipjoint knives I've seen I guess it really isn't all that bad by comparison. If you're in an area where you're limited by knife laws on what you can carry, or you just want a more modern slipjoint, I don't think you could go wrong with buying this knife.
