Not great fit and finish
I really nice design but i cant get over the fact that this is a 100 dollar flipper. Mine has lockstick, a flipper that only works with a wrist flick, and scales that seem chipped. VG-10 is fine but not great and overall it was disappointing.
Great gentleman’s carry
I bought it because I was in dire need of a gentleman’s knife (at least that’s what I told myself to justify another knife purchase). But the knife is wonderful. Sharp as hell straight from the box. The coccobolo looks much better in person than the pics here make it look. There was some lock stick for a while. But after flipping a while on the couch, the lock stick gritty grind… read more is gone. Love the rounded spine of the blade, gives it a subtle classy look. The titanium looks great against the coccobolo.
Beautiful Gentlemen's Folder
I love the beauty and functionality of this knife - it's great as an EDC, but I primarily have it on me when I wear suits or for more formal occasions. The action with the flipper is great and the edge retention on the blade is amazing as well. Although it's smaller, it's ergonomics feel great in my hand - I have a good grip/handle on the knife and it feels very comfortable.
Great looking knife
Extremely light, easy to carry knife. Blade was very sharp right out of the box, and I love the shape. The blade, once deployed is surprisingly big for the size of the handle. Smooth, crisp, flipper. It was originally very sticky to close as the friction between the lock bar insert and the blade tang caused it to rub too much (lock stick) and it required a lot of effort to close… read more the blade one handed. Read up on ideas and it was suggested to use a sharpie to "grease" the blade tang. Tried that and it worked like a charm and now closes much easier.
