Great Buck EDC
Buck knives are legendary and this is their best EDC imo. It is a large heavy duty knife without being overly bulky or heavy - the profile is slim for a large knife. It has a wide full flat grind blade reminiscent of a Spyderco. The G-10 scale is finely textured and is very grippy. Overall the frame reminds me of some ZT knives. Deployment is easy and smooth but not loose, and the blade is rock-solid once deployed. One negative is that the frame lock is a little stiff to disengage and the inside edge is squared off so it can cause a hot spot with repeated disengagements. Overall, this is an excellent large heavy duty EDC made in America with an excellent blade. I recommend it.

However, this knife changed my mind about Buck. It's ergos fit my hand great, smooth… read more flipper, super sharp slicey blade using S45VN. Knife goes in and out of pocket smoothy, and the G10 is just grippy enough. Fairly lightweight for a larger knife. I highly recommend.
