My favorite liner lock knife. Excellent build, and Made in the USA! My son loved it so much he asked if he could have mine so I gave it to him and bought myself another! I highly recommend this knife. Excellent feel, excellent steel, excellent maker.

i'm liken this knife - better than expected.
i bought it just to have a buck knife with an s30v blade but i suspect its going to become one of my 3-4 favorite edc knives.
what a surprise.
looks good, feels good in hand, feels good in pocket, really like the blade shape. after whooping-up on the blade its crazy sharp. smooth but slightly tight flipper action. well centered, read more strongly built.
what more could you ask for.
paying more wouldn't make it any better.

Great knife

I really like this knife. It has a smooth action and a great blade. The scales are some of my favorite that I have ever owned.

Soft detent

This has a very soft detent, a 3/10 at best. If you need a strong detent just pass this on by. Despite this it has excellent flipping action, the free and smooth pivot and flipper design allow it to have a solid and snappy action. You can fail it easily but flip it reliably just as easy (no wrist of course). Thick behind the edge, might be a positive to some but not myself. Goofy read more pocket clip.
The star here is the great scales, very comfortable in hand and that goofy clip is part of why it's so nice in hand. The file work gimping on the blade is a nice touch, something I've only seen on hand forged fix blades before. And it is very easy on the hand when flipping it repeatedly.
Fix the detent Buck and you've gotta home run, as is it's just a double.
