The Coffin Nail FLipper is an exceptional handmade folding knife from Mark Nevling's Burr Oak Knives. It has a San Mai 416/52100 Damascus steel clip point blade with an oversized fLipper opener. The titanium liner lock handle is outfitted with 150 layer random Damascus bolsters, snakeskin canvas Micarta scales, and a heat colored pocket clip. The liners and steel backspacer are fileworked. This knife comes with a signed certifiCATe of authenticity, dated 7/28/15.Mark Nevling, the craftsman and creator of Burr Oak Knives, discovered his enthusiasm for knife-making in 1987 when he cReated his first knife. He has continued in perfecting his work since that time, now as a full-time maker with a skill set that is evidenced in the exemplary Knives he produces. Mark Nevling is also a volunteer firefighter and a certified first responder in Hume, Illinois; this gives him working knowledge of the particular needs of these professionals.
