Would be an excellent knife with a functioning pocket clip
I'm a fan of Case knives and I always carry, so when I saw this knife come available, I bought one immediately. I really like the idea of it, but its not hard to tell that Case is new to this style of knife.

and retracting the blade is also smooth and easy. It came shaving sharp.
Cons: The screws attaching the pocket clip to the frame have very large heads which block the pocket from getting to the end of the clip. This will wear out the pocket and I think there is a risk the knife will not be secure in place. For me, the pocket clip is non-functional. The G-10 grip pad attached to the frame is not flush or even tapered on the edges. I suppose I could remove it and taper it myself, but I shouldn't have to. This is a minor issue, but worth mentioning.
With a functional pocket clip, this makes it into my EDC rotation...without it, I'm considering returning it. It has the potential to be a great knife but there are a few issues to be worked out.
