Utilitarian slip joint.
These have always been my favorite pattern of slip joint. I like a strong back spring which these have. I just wish case would stay on top of their quality control a little bit. A centered blade is not much to ask for, at least to me. Even my Douk Douk is centered and that thing is as crude as slip joints get.

Old-school, single-blade slip joint. It’s pretty much the perfect size for most non-zombie situations. Nobody looks twice when you pull a straight forward knife like this out. They assume you’re grandpa gave it to you or that you bought from the local hardware store. Those are good things, not every knife needs to be assisted or have a blade long enough to cause the local authorities…
