The Inkosi features sandblasted handles, a tumbled finish drop point blade, 303 stainless steel hardware, and exterior accents in the Reeve signature anodized blue titanium. Built with handcrafted care at a production level, the Inkosi continues to push the characteristics of the Integral Lock®, blade strength, pivot and lock tolerances as well as over all Ergonomics. I received my first CRK from DLT in very good order. The item was secure inside its package box.
Out of the box the knife had smooth as glass action. The blade edge is razor sharp. Zero blade play and zero lock rock. The clunk sound of the locking action is satisfying. The knife finish is just beautiful. This knife is a mechanical masterpiece that will last a lifetime.
CRK Large Sebenza 31 S45VN is on its way.

Perfection
As the title indicates the Chris Reeve Large Inkosi Insingo, is nothing more that straight PERFECTION in the form of a knife. The acción it is just perfect smooth, the handle fits perfectly in the hands like a glove, and let just say that you can probably use it like a dr. scalpel really really sharp. In overall it is a wonderful well made AMERICAN KNIFE built here in the USA.

For my first Chris Reeves, I really like it. Looking back, I think I should have gotten one of the one of a kind knives, but I didn’t feel like dropping another $500... all in all, great knife. Prolly won’t use it for work for a very long time... (I have quite the collection...)

Well this is my first Chris Reeves knife. My first reaction was I thought it would be bigger. Nothing wrong with it’s size. So, I bought the small one in drop point first, and as much as I liked it, I had to send it back. It was just a tad smaller than I expected. I just like more handle in my hand. Took a second shot and bought this large version, and I’m very much looking forward to buying another when go back in stock. What an awesome tool - and thanks DLT for the great service.

Made in the USA by really wonderful people, S35VN and S45VN are perfect steels that provide great edge retention, corrosion resistance, strength (higher edge retention knives chip easier and in some cases are not as stainless) and ease of sharpening. DLT shipped the knife quickly. The Inkosi had good fit and finish as to be expected for the price. It shipped with a good edge, but as always I put a better edge on the blade and took the knife apart to clean it. The S35VN Blade sharpened up nicely and the edge seem to hold. Hands down one of the all time best “useable “ EDC. I have been fortunate enough to own full customs from flippers to monster thick folders (Medford’s). They look impressive but are safe queens or pocket anchors. Reeve makes a useable tight tolerance knife that will last. I love this knife. I have many others, but this is my absolute favorite. So smooth in operation. Sharp out of the box, blade centering is dead on, no blade play. The feel of it just screams quality. actually owned an Inkosi before but ended up moving it for another "perfect" knife. I knew when I mailed it off that I would regret that decision so after a few knife purchases and trades later I went to DLT for a new Large Inkosi. Shipping happened same day and was received quickly.
