Great value, good design, very strong detent

I really like this knife in almost every way. The value is tremendous and the 9CR steel is no slouch for a EDC that you'd not be afraid to put to work. The only problem was, on my copy, the detent was so tight/stiff it made the knife almost impossible to open. The flipper tab could also use some work as it is sharp. You have to get way on-top of it to open the knife, assuming the read more detent is going to cooperate. The thumb studs are in a slightly awkward position but nothing I couldn't have adjusted to had the detent not been so strong. As it stands I did return the knife.

Slippery

The grip is almost non-existent on this knife. It DOES sharpen easily, cuts well, and fits nicely in the pocket. The option of using the flipper tab OR the thumb stud is also lovely. But I can't get past the fact that I feel like I'm going to drop it every time I use it.

Classy & Sassy

I have to admit I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this one. I liked tho profile that I seen on the site. When it arrived boy O’ boy the Damascus was beautiful along with the carbon fiber scales definitely a conversation piece. When I carry it I keep it in the soft case in my pocket. I guess you could say it’s a “semi safe queen”. This is really a very elegant read more blade you won’t be disappointed.

Baller on a Budget on Point

I was Looking for a knife that had Damascus, and I was looking for one that was more affordable. Sure, you had the sub-$20 Damascus knives, but I wanted one that was quality without spending a pretty penny. Enter the Badlands Vagabond, and it's a home run. The raindrop Damascus is beautiful, and the carbon fiber handle look amazing a surprisingly gript like G-10. If you want a baller read more knife that is comfortable, looks gorgeous, and that won't break the bank, look no further than this knife.

If you’re looking for a good inexpensive utility knife for work or around the house this is the one. Solid build but no frills. Quality is up to standards.
