Doesn't feel like micarta at all.

There is no texture. It is like there is too much resin and not enough cloth. Feels like plastic scales.

Good Little damascus EDC

Nice little knife, great pattern on the blade, super shiny finish. Carry clip is nice and deep, fits snugly in your pocket. Was surprised at how light the knife is on a whole. Compared to my other Civivi's the action on this one is very stiff and doesnt flip open. All my others have that great, smooth flick opening, but not this one.

Great looking knife

Great look knife right out of the box. Really loved the look. The action is super stiff right out of the box and the blade was not centered. I have had it a while and the action is still very stiff which is why I only gave it 4 stars.

The Knife is BEAUTIFUL customer service not so much

First of all I have purchased a lot of knives from Blade HQ and have always been completely satisfied until now. I absolutely love the CIVIVI HOOLIGAN with the snakeskin micarta scales it is razor sharp and the action buttery smooth and now the gripe that I have with customer service for the very first time is with shipping which is part of the customer service experience. We as read more collectors purchasing items from Blade HQ expect to receive the items in good condition including the box containing the item. The box I received looked like it was run over and crushed by a truck. Shame on you Blade HQ.

Respectfully,
CRUSHED for the first time

My third Civivi is the Hooligan and I love it! As with all the Civivis, the fit and finish is spot on. The action was stiff out of the box, but loosened up quickly. I did rough up the micarta scales a little in the bead blaster to make it a bit grippier.
Blade shape is awesome and edge was scary sharp.
I don't think that you can go wrong with any of the Civivi line. GREAT read more value at an unbelievable price!

Wow my first civivi it’s a real good quality blade with sexy looks the fit is perfect for a large hand this particular blade came very sharp it’s the same weight as my Spyderco Endura with a little breaking in the blade flicks out nice Love the deep carry pocket clip skeletonized liners a plus only reason not five stars even though micarta scales are sweet they’re a little read more on the smooth side I can definitely see the Civivi elementum in my sites
