Excellent 5th pocket/second knife option
The shape and form factor of this little knife are ideal for light duty tasks and 5th pocket carry. I removed the belt clip and added a small snake knot lanyard to increase it's effective length to about 4", and now it's a perfect second knife or non-threatening office blade.
Great knife harder to open
This is a very handy knife with the only negative being the opening mechanism is a bit hard to activate. If this had a bigger flipper it would be a great EDC
I love this little knife...!
I love this little knife a whole lot more than I thought I would when I ordered it. It's very handy to carry around and the only thing I wish was that it was a neck knife because the size and weight would be perfect for that. Maybe they will come out with a fixed blade version of this knife to carry around the neck??? HINT HINT. Ohh and I would love to see this knife offered with…

some premium steel too, say CPM 20cv or something like that?
lol
Great little knife.
A wee bit of fiddling and it becomes very easy to deploy. It's a slip joint that'll flip and the blade can't close on your finger. Great second knife. Sometimes a little knife is precisely what's called for.
Great for what it is
I love this knife. I got it the week after release and I love it. It’s small but it does everything that I need it to do. I bought the jade scaled model but I love this knife so much that I saw the black model had a poor review so I’m reviewing it. It’s a great second option and with a little sharping there is nothing within reason that you can’t get done.
Difficult to use
I was really interested in this, I love little knives. But this front flipper was difficult to deploy, and I couldn't reliably open it.
Compared to how easily my other CIVVI knives run, it was a complete letdown. The serrations on the top of the blade also encourage you to press down on the knife, despite the fact that it's basically a slip joint with absolutely no locking…

mechanism.
Not deploying reliably combined with a non-locking slip joint didn't make me feel comfortable for real world use.
