It's no secret: Civivi is putting out incredible quality and value with their entire line-up, but if you can only have one, GET THE SHREDDER! Why? It's simple:

-amazing blade geometry: this blade is thin, seemingly twice as thin as most other Civivis of similar "volume." The deep sweeps of the hollow grind go even further make this thing ultra-svelte near the edge. It's so read more thin in fact, releasing the liner lock will often cause the blade to make light ringing and clanging noise. It took me a while to figure out this was due to blade's super thin geometry. No other Civivi I've handled does this.

-100% fidget factor satisfaction guaranteed: Flipper tab and subsequent deployment is totally smooth, totally consistent, just like the rest of the Civivi lineup. But there are only a few Civivi knives which give you this in addition to equally silky thumb-flick and spidey-flick deployment options. This is one of them. And don't let the thumbhole fool you. The blade as a whole is plenty strong for its intended task...which doesn't include batoning...unless you're Advanced Knife Bro. :3

-subtle aesthetic accents finally a hit: I was never a fan of the earlier Civivi knives with, well, tacky anodized colors for hardware and liners. This color-layered G10 though, this stuff looks real good, especially from the side when you can see the 6-7 layers which make up the G10. Laced red or blue for two dollars more than the plain Jane G10 in black? Yes, please! :)

I could continue, but I think those are some great reasons. Best reason I could give outside of my own experiences is BladeHQ sold these out in about half a year, all versions, and sites like amazon and ebay are already posting third party sellers for higher than the $59-$61 prices you normally see.

If the question even remotely enters your mind "should I get it?" YES! GET IT!

Another great CIVIVI

CIVIVI just keeps putting out great knives. I really like the looks of this knife in the layered G10 with just a hint of color around the scale edges. I can't quite give this one a 5th star though it is very close. The blade is really aggressively hollowed out and IMO is just a little too light and thin for a knife this size. As usual for WE/CIVIVI, flips great, centering is spot read more on, and nice sharp edge.
