lock-up and retention are solid and helps make the action absolutely top tier. The Talla is easy to close, feels great in the hand, and is surprisingly slim in the pocket. There are no hot spots or gimping, but gimping isn't super necessary. If I could make some somewhat negative observations, I would say the carbon fiber is slick, which doesn't bother me. The deep carry clip is not so deep at first before it was broken in, the screw got caught on my pocket. Finally, a lot of blade sticks out when folded. I guess the blade is too big because folding the knife just covers the sharpened edge and nothing else. But that being said, I really like the Talla. Such a good looking blade, and smooth action. Good call T. Would recommend. 88/100
Like it so much got the Crag & Briar, too!
Loved it so much in carbon fiber that I got the Briar and Crag, too. The carbon fiber versions are a tad bit lighter, plus is stunningly beautiful. Very good EDC.
