This knife is the third best slicer I own, beating out knives like the Spyderco Gayle Bradley 2 and Manix 2 in S110V. lockup, it slices for days. Literally. After initial sharpening on the KME, it took four days (!) of cutting cardboard at work before it would no longer shave arm hair. It would still cleanly cut paper. It resharpened on the Spyderco Sharpmaker to shaving sharpness in about 8 strokes.
Just get one, before Cold Steel realizes what a gem they are producing and doubles the price. And if they do, buy one anyway. It will still be worth it.
