The sjambok is traditionally made from rhino or hippo hide but the ingenuity of Cold Steel Knives has updated this unique tool with ultra-durable synthetic material and a comfortable kraton handle for maximum control. This 54" MODel has an impressive reach, as well as lightning-like striking power and speed. Its unique construction means it is a tool that is swung or swatted, rather than cracked like a whip, and it has considerable power! Its lash is injection molded from polypropylene and is made to resemble braided leather, giving it an old-world look, but unlike leather, this sjambok won't wear away or become brittle from use outdoors.
