Best cheap thing ever lol
Super smooth, extra sharp, really comfortable, just noticed I'm missing 2 of the handle screws, had to check the pictures from here to make sure they weren't holes for the strings... Idk where to get them but whatever, at least have one there.
Very sharp and worth every penny
Love this knife I own 3 of them now
Cool EDC
This knife feels good in hand, it's a very smooth flipper, and it has a very unique, cool look.
Baby shark Doo Doo Doo Doo doo
This thing looks like a shark!! I absolutely love opening and closing this knife.... Smooth action all around. Very good weight and the handle feels good in hand. The blade itself is a cool shape and beefy.... I'm thinking about adding eyes and gills to mine to really give it the sharkness....
Very happy with this
It flips open and locks securely. It one-handed unlocks and folds. Very solid. Inspires confidence. The blade is fine for EDC. Long enough for apples and sharp enough for tomatoes. Not to mention boxes, etc. Better knife than others you will find at 3 times the price. Definitely recommend.
It is a very fun EDC
The fit and finish are really good. the design is unique, the knife has good materials, and a great price! Only one complaint, the lockbar pushes the blade off center.almost touching the scales.
Great knife
Feels really solid and durable, like you could throw it at a brick and it wont break kinda feeling. solid flip, love the weight and deep pocket clip. would buy again.
I love it
Absolutely great knife to play with at the price point
Overall a good edc
the flipper is a bit sluggish on this one due to the lazy detent, but overall a nice blade length, not too heavy due to the size, and good useable blade belly.
Nice knife
This knife is as smooth as a custom knife but the handle is a little too small for me and there’s not really any grip on it. It was super sharp out of the box though. It’s a very good looking knife just maybe not the practical.
Robert Carter: Picasso of Blades
This knife is an awesome design and the blade shape is great for a variety of uses. This knife makes a sturdy work blade and has a fairly thick blade stock. The handles are stainless steel which adds some weight but in a work knife a little heft is good. With this knife being on washers once it is broken in the blade practically falls by itself. Overall a great design and has excellent… read more ergonomics as well as fit and finish.
Exactly what I expected!
Just received my new jettison in the mail and I absolutely love it! The feel of the flipping action and the blade lock up are amazing for a sub $50 knife.
I'm not sure what will get more pocket time now, the jettison or my drifter with g10 scales.
The only two reasons I gave it a 4/5 is 1, the steel scales feel a little slick in the hand and 2 the deployment speed…

is a little slow sometimes it seems. I'm sure that this is a result of this being my first flipper and my hand getting used to it.
All in all for the price I would recommend this knife to any of my friends or family.
Great knife!
Just got it, ahead of schedule. (Wasn't expecting it until the 5th or so.)
First off, I love CRKT. A near perfect blend of quality, style, and affordability. I can't help calling them 'Cricket', however, lol.
Being left handed, I prefer flippers. This is my favorite so far... Although I also ordered a composite blade Leek... haven't gotten it yet, but I am looking…

forward to comparing the two. It cost twice as much as this one, however.
This knife is slick, pretty, hefty, and feels great in the hand. Mine came shaving-sharp as well. I've really only used it to cut apples on lunch breaks so far, but it got a few compliments, and handles EDC jobs like that flawlessly. Easy to clean too. At first I was bothered by no jimping; but that adds to the easy to clean part. Also, with the blade and handle shapes, you really don't need it. This is not a super heavy duty knife. For serious abuse (camp work, etc.) I have a fixed blade. But it is still 1/8th inch thick blade steel. Not wimpy, dangerously flexible, or weak in the lock up.
The only flaw (and it's really minor) is that the pocket clip isn't reversible. I still carry it in my left pocket. It's comfortable, doesn't snag, and has just enough weight I know it's there, but not so much it makes me feel like one side of my pants are sagging.
For ~ 30 bucks, you really cannot lose, here.
Amazing price!
This knife is great for what you are paying. Period. Mind you that it's stainless steel scales and not titanium like like miniature version (check CRKTs site) blade came to me dead center, lock up was strong no blade play even when the lock is depressed. The grind is perfect. Flipping action is super smooth for the price. Pretty sure it's running on washers but feels like bearings.…

The smoothest knife under 100 bucks I've ever held by far. The only complaint I have is that the detent isn't very strong so you can "shake" it open if you try. But still way worth the money.
EDIT: upon further inspection, the inside of the scales are milled out to reduce weight. Lol just another plus
