Ratings and Reviews
Good Design, Mediocre Steel
I really want to love this knife. I love the size and weight, balance, and the rubbery grips. However, the blade steel leaves a LOT to be desired. It's my understanding it's 5Cr15Mov. Pretty soft.
I don't understand why Gerber can't upgrade the blade steel to at least D2.
Sharp as hell
great blade smooth fast opening, the grips provide a great no slip feel and fill the hand comfortably, can be carried in pocket but takes up a lot of space and is unsecured do to lack of pocket clip
