First off, the design is great. It's sleek, the clip is good, the handle is contoured very well and it's definitely sexy.
The blade didn't come very sharp, not a deal breaker, but for the price I expected more.

will fail to fire all the way out about 1/3 of the time. Pretty disappointed in that, it's just about the most important thing an OTF can do. If the action was better this would be a stellar piece, but as it it's not I expect this one will end up in the back of the case and remind me of the disappointment whenever I look at it.
