Solid flipper for $30
I really like this cheap knife. Sharper than expected out of the box and flips super easy. Easy to open and close open handed. Fun to mess with for a cheaper beater.
Great Little Knife
This knife came surprisingly sharp out of the box, but I put a better edge on it with relative ease. The action isn't particularly great, not much in the way of detent, so you have to use wrist movement to get it to deploy reliably. But for the price, you could do a lot worse. Kershaw's are great little knives, and I have heard good things about their customer service.
Love the flipper
Great knife for that incognito carry or gentleman's carry. It's thin, but sturdy and comfortable. Long enough blade to do a lot. Great easy action.
Great Inexpensive Folder
I didn't buy this knife from BladeHQ but I'll leave a review here for it. For the money, this is easily one of my favorite inexpensive EDC knives. I own many high quality blades and a variety of these budget offerings as well, so I'm not making this judgement call without knowing better offerings.
First, this knife is slim and lightweight and so easy to carry. The blade…

centering on mine was almost spot on perfect and the blade fires right open with just a good strong fingerpush on the flipper. If you "throw a little wrist" at it it really fires out there. 8cr13mov takes a good edge and holds it well enough for a cheap knife. Sure, it isn't the most durable knife in the world but it is a lightweight slicer. I use it for cutting through packaging tape and cardboard and it easily and quickly touches backup to razor sharpness.
The only negative to this knife is the stonewash finish. Just from carrying this knife a little in humid Pennsylvania summers I've developed small rust spots but hey, it is a $20 knife. Do I love this more than my Para 2 or ZT 0450? No, but it definitely sees pocket time. Cheap, lightweight, and for the money, high quality. Win, win!
Good knife, great value. Slim in the pocket
+ Slim, pocket-friendly design. Doesn't scratch the hand when you reach in next to it.
+ Great flipper action. Just loosen the pivot a tiny bit.
+ Designed by a proper knife designer (R.J. Martin )
+/- Detent is not strong enough to rely on pushing past the detent alone to open it.

time you loosen the pivot screw enough to get that nice free-swinging action
I was ready for some defects when I saw it was made in China, but they did a great job on it. Now, I'm looking to replace it with something higher end, but it's sure hard to justify.
Update 10/16/2020 - This is my favorite inexpensive one-handed knife. I'm always kind of on the lookout for a replacement, but there's nothing I can find that has the value. I would have to spend 5X as much to get something slim that I like as well with a better blade steel. This knife fits the hand and pocket perfectly. Upgraded to 5 stars.
No bones about it
This knife isn't made with the best steel out there, but it's still pretty damn good. I like how simple it is. No thumb stud, no spring, no torsion bar, nothing to get jammed or broken to replace. A stripped down no bones knife. Slim, light weight profile. It doesn't take up all the room in your pocket. This knife is great for everyday tasks. I use it at work all the time. If you… read more break it, it's at a low affordable price point. I have a back up just in case I lose mine. Sharp out of the box, fast smooth deployment, easy to sharpen. If it feels stiff just add a drop or 2 of oil on it and it's just like new. Nice smooth finish and drop point design. You can't go wrong with this blade
Good for the money
I bought this a long time ago and I was happy with it then. I really like the look and the slim form. It is really good for an EDC knife if you don't do any heavy duty cutting or have a dedicated heavy duty knife.
However, it's still a kershaw and about $23. It will last you a few years if you take care of it. The lockbar on mine eventually made it's way to the other liner…

and that lockup caused some vertical blade play.
This is great for someone who likes knives, doesn't want to spend too much and has light to medium cutting tasks.
Great Value
Knife was a pleasant surprise. It is a good light duty EDC with a pretty good flipping action for a very reasonable price. It is really light weight and thin. My only question is if Kershaw can make a nice flipper like this at a low price, then why is almost everything else assisted?
Good budget knife
Not the smoothest knife ever, but I was able to adjust it to the point where no wrist flick is needed. I love how it disappears in the pocket. Came very sharp out of the box.
Best knife for $20!
Picked up this little blade to have something small and non intimidating to carry in church. Love this knife! Great value and quality for a $20 knife. Highly recommend
Great knife
This is a great affordable EDC. I especially love how thin it is. You don't even feel it in your pocket!
Gentlemen’s folder
Nice and skinny, great blade and feel in the hand. The action hangs up at first but once you get the technique to open it, it fully deploys every time. Good knife for the price!
Love it!
I don't know why, but I end up sitting on my couch sometimes just flipping this knife. You would think it was assisted the way the blade comes out so easy. It's a decent size knife and fits good in your hands. The blade is great, scales smooth, and clip perfect. It's a great sleekly thin knife. I would definitely buy another if they ever did carbon fiber.
Nothing fancy but a great starter knife
This knife is cheap, but fun. It is a great basic knife, a beater or a starter knife. I have given this knife as a gift to several non-knife owning friends. All have loved it.
