OD Goodness

My third Emerson and my favorite! Quality is top notch right out the box. Love the blade shape, cuts great and the belly is nice for food cutting. Deploying the blade is fast with the wave opener and the thumb disk works just fine. Lock up is tight with no play.
I wish they would have made the frame lock side OD green and a better grade blade steel, would gladly pay for it. read more But for the price and what you get it’s a sweet blade.

It's alright

This knife is kind of a miss.

The quality it good, but the thumb disk is in a bad location and is painful to use, and detent is too hard which makes it both difficult and painful to open.

And the clip point is curved so much that it's is dangerous. If you arnt careful/quick with the wave, it will send the knife point right into your thigh which has now left one of read more my jeans stained with my blood...

Its sad because it's so close to being a great knife for the money. The tip is an easy fix, youd just have to grind off that 1/4 in. From the tip of the blade, and if the thumb disk was just a little bit higher, just an 1/8in it'd be much easier to get a perch on it.

Imo the other Emerson designed Kershaws are much better.
