Very impressed by this mini cleaver! Kershaw never fails to impress me! Deployment is great as if it was assisted opening. The blade is thicker than it looks online and the knife overall feels very sturdy. Never had a desire for a mini cleaver until I found this one. If you’re on the fence about this one… just go ahead and order it.
What an amazing little guy!
Only 2 days into carrying it and my oh my, it's the smoothest, sharpest, best EDC cleaver out there, I'd argue up the with top-of-the-line knives.
EDIT: I've got about 3 months on it now and between the action and the steel, it's a very reliable knife. I'm designing a folder prototype as I write this and I have been cutting cardboard for about an hour.... still shaving sharp.…

I was worried about how the G10 would feel with such a meaty blade but it's great! I thought it might be unbalanced but it never ceases to amaze me.
I love this goofy little knife
This one is a total home run for me. The action on mine is great, and I think the BHQ upgrade to D2 steel and G10 handles are totally worth the extra money. It's definitely going to be a 3 fingered grip for most people, unless you move up to the finger choil. Thanks to Blade HQ for the exclusive model!
Awesome Daily Carrier Cleaver
I love this knife. Solid construction, beautiful stonewashed D2 steel. Came paper-cutting sharp and perfectly aligned out of the box. The G10 scales finish the look on it. I would highly recommend, especially for that price. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent EDC Compact Cleaver
Good knife. I like the D2 blade steel. Compact, but pretty robust. Flips very smoothly. Has a nice grip with the G10 scales. The Static is one of the best small cleaver utility blades and this is a nice iteration. With a sale price, it's much better value than the standard model.
Great design, mediocre action.
I love the size and shape of this knife. For me, it's the best mini-cleaver out there. With the roomy finger choil, it fits my hand perfectly. And the blade shape is perfect for opening those damn plastic blister packs (think, AA batteries). So, 5 stars for design.

but it took a beautiful smooth finish on my Edgepro. However, the tip of my first copy was a bit "wavy". So, 4 stars for the steel.
Ugh! but the action is bad. Even after hundreds of flips and three trips to the workbench, the detent is still sticky. (My first copy was so bad I returned it.) And it's sluggish. Flip it on Monday to use it on Tuesday. Miles worse than Kizer or CJRB at the same price point. So, just 1 star for the action.
Disassembly was a royal pain because they put thread locker on the grip screws. I ruined several T6 bits before I got it apart. Minus 3 stars for that.
Did I mention that I love the size, shape and balance? Only two stars overall, but I'm keeping it. It's gonna be a good EDC for me.
Update: Haha, they put it on sale. So I bought another. Just to have a backup. Told ya I liked it. :)
Very handy
I was pleasantly surprised by this Kershaw offering. It's a small but utilitarian design. Very thin and carries well. Action is unassisted and is reliable. Love it!
