Strong, comfortable, and versatile. The 986 MODel was born and bred for hunters, but it is just as adept for outdoor and survival use. It has a skeletonized full-tang N690 stainless steel blade with contoured cocobolo wood scales. With the use of a coin or flat head screwdriver the scales remove to reveal a pocket to store last ditch items. The handle, with its deep index groove and forward choil, offer multiple grip options for the varied cutting taSKS you'll confront in the field. A durable leather belt carry sheath is included.
