Microtech makes a fine product. I started with a Stitch and then bought this followed by an Ultratech. First the lockup and the button on the Scarab II are very well built and have very little play (compared to the ultratech). I learned a hard lesson when I left it in my vehicles console when I went to the beach. Sand got in it and the blade rusted a bit. Just took an air compressor… read more and oil and it's fine and dandy. This is the baddest MF I've ever held. If you can get it, buy it now.

Amazing OTF
This is another beautiful product from Microtech. The fit and finish is outstanding. The knife came sharp. Typical of Microtech to deliver a quality product.
This is a big knife! I love it! It is slightly heavier and wider than my SOCOM elite, but it feels about the same in my pocket. After several hundred cycles I haven't had any issues.
