A Good Knife That Deserves More Attention
Overall I like this knife quite a lot I only have a few minor complaints. First of all the knife is a bit too expensive. Personally, I think of this as more of an 80 to 90 dollar knife rather than a 105 dollar although I am a very frugal person and 105 is a better deal than most knives on this website. While overall the knife design is quite good and it is very well made the divots… read more at the bottom of the knife only serve to make it more uncomfortable to hold. The clip feels too weak and loose and resembles a paper clip in some ways. The older style grip lacks a real ergonomic design that you see in many newer knives but I know some people find this handle type preferable. It should be noted that the knife blade is 3 5/8 inches long and not the 3 1/2 inches that it says on this website. Now the good Is that the knife is very well made especially for a Chinese-made knife. The knife looks great in person. It is light and very sharp making it a great EDC knife Especially if you want a long slim knife rather than a knife like the Para 3. The aaterials are very good, S-35 vn is a quality steel and none of the knives feels cheap in any way with the exception of the clip. Overall this knife has a lot to offer and I think it should be getting more attention especially because it is an al mar knife with quality materials and manufacturing and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I would most recommend this knife to people that are small-time knife enthusiasts like myself and want a knife like this. If you are thinking about buying this knife and you are willing to pay the price but you are unsure because it is made in China and is also by a relatively unknown brand. I'm here to say that those concerned while understandable are not true and they shouldn't be the reason you don't buy the knife. It is as well of a knife as you can hope for in this price range. If this knife was 80 dollars and had a fell minor change it would be one of the best deals on blade HQ.
