This Okapi Genet MODel has a clip point blade and a cherry wood handle. The Okapi is a traditional slip joint knife originally produced in Solingen Germany for export to German colonies in Africa. Okapi Knives has become an institution in South Africa, building off the traditional design with a focus on EDC functionality and afFordability. The Genet offers an impregnated cherry wood handle for an Ergonomic grip. It has a sturdy slip joint mechanism with a stainless steel back spring. The blade is made from tough 1095 carbon steel for a sharp and reliable blade edge.
