I like it a lot
This is my second Microtech. My first was a black UTX-85. This one fires a bit harder and locks up a bit tighter, so tight in fact, that I wasnt sure that was possible in an OTF. It also seems a bit more slicey due to the blade being a bit thinner. The pocket clip seems a bit more secure and the lack of a lanyard hole makes it a bit more comfortable in the pocket. I still like the… read more UTX-85 a lot and intended to buy another one in this turquoise color because it was what I really wanted originally but there werent any left, but this Troodon was available so I thought why not. I have no regrets. If you are waiting for a certain UTX-85 to come back in stock, I say stop waiting and buy the comparable Troodon today. You wont regret it! Of course you should also get a UTX-85 later because Microtech all the things.
