This Gen. 3 Thorn MODel has a stonewashed cleaver blade and a titanium handle with a patina copper pivot and inlay.Serge Panchenko is known for his fun designs, and the Gen. 3 Thorn is another great addition to his line. If Knives were sandwiches, this awesome knife would be considered "open face", with only a back scale. Even though the handle is small, you can still get a good purchase on it with the deep gimping on the handle and tang. This knife is a non-locking friction folder with a short blade and no point, so it's legal pretty much everywhere! The blade is made of hand-ground AEB-L heat tReated by Peter's Heat Treat.
