Great everyday carry knife

This knife feels great in my hand. Its a heavier than the dragonfly 2 at 2.4 oz but gives a lot better grip with the G 10 handle. I love the shape of the blade. Compared to the Native 5, the line on the spine is curved from end to end. The opening action is smooth, probably better than the Native 5 FRN blue S110V. The lock back was a little stiffer for me to open compared to the read more Native 5 FRN. It was not as easy to flick open as the Native 5 due to its size but it was still possible. It appears that leaving the blade open fully overnight, and also another night partially open helps with breaking in the knife. The lil native i had required much more force to unlock the blade and fold it compared to the Native 5. I had to press the back lock all the way in. I guess thats a good thing. I believe both Native 5 and Lil Native have cutting edge less than 2.5" so it should be legal to carry in most places. This blade cutting edge is short, around 2" but I felt it was the perfect size for me.

Sharp lil'Native

The Lil Native fit nicely in my hand. The blade is nice and sharp. The handle is comfortable and the blade length is perfect size for creating that perfect leverage when digging into a a small crevice area or whittling down a piece of wood for kindling.

Packing tape and cardboard boxes don't stand a chance. Popped open a couple of delicate plastic clamshells that hold electronics read more no problem.

Prefect carry size, took the pocket clip off. Just drop in any pocket. Love this knife

Solid little knife

It's a well made knife. Centered blade, no blade play, and good ergonomics. There is no jimping at all on this knife. Spyderco does a great job on jimping, don't see why they didn't put any on this knife. It's also worth mentioning that I can comfortably get a 4 finger grip on this little guy. Came very tight and stiff out of the box, probably because of the lock back. Starting read more to smooth out after a day but still can't spydie flick it yet. Overall a very good little knife.
