Handles are the perfect amount of round. The bead blasted aluminum handles have a great amount of grip. Heavier than i expected for a trainer but very nice to flip! Love this thing, flips awesome and sounds amazing! The slightest ping from this little guy.

Screw Flew Off

I purchased this at the Blade Show two years back and within six months of very light use one of the screws came out. I reassembled the knife and started flipping again and within 4 minutes the screw flew out and disappeared. The overall fit and finish is excellent for the price and it is a very nice trainer for a beginner. I will say however that you will need to loctite the screws read more in place.

The blade had a slite worp to it and has a crazy amount of blade rub but other the that it's good

Is it worth?

It depends, i like the aesthetics of it looking like a mako shark. The flaw is there is like to spikes so its like a trainer thats meant to be used to train for double edge bali's which is kind of annoying. i want to take off one of them but dont wanna ruin the value of the knife. I use it to practice the advanced bali tricks, probably will buy another squid because its cool but read more annoying to flip, also not the best rear bias
