This Balisong has an Terravantium blade.The Terrain 365 Balisong is much smaller than most balisongs, coming in at only 2.5" when closed. It features a sandwich titanium handle, a titanium latch and pocket clip, and a spear point blade with a fuller groove.Terravantium is not steel. It is a dendritic cobalt alloy. It is non-magnetic, cannot rust, and has superior edge retention to any steel. Note: Terravantium is more brittle than steel. If you chop, pry, or perform other hard taSKS with the knife, the blade may break.

Good quality but expensive for the size.
Its a lot of money for such a tiny blade. Extremely tough metal and it does not rust, but we already have LC200N which is very good and less expensive. This butterfly is well designed and constructed, it has no loose or wobbly parts and feels like a premium knife. It's up to you if so much money on a tiny instrument is worth it or not but I think this Terrain 365 is more of an oddity…

or collectors item than a practical every day tool. I wouldn't feel comfortable carrying something so expensive and small. I'd probably lose it and then cry like a little girl with a skinned knee.
The nylon belt case they include is extremely nice but too large. I'd like it better if it were smaller. Would recommend a small Ruko case for carrying this knife.
