About The Vox Dapper Knife by Blade HQ | Black Micarta + Black PVD
The Dapper is the perfect size for EDC. It has a reversible, deep-carry, wire pocket clip, and is small and slim in the pocket. When in use, the contoured handle fills the hand comfortably, and the middle finger falls perfectly into the finger groove. The knife opens smoothly with a fLipper, and the fLipper tab conceals itself in the handle when open. The Dapper has a snappy lock that is addictive when opening and closing. Almost, but no cigar!
I really wanted this knife, but what is a fairly minor physical disability precludes me from comfortably carrying a knife without a lanyard. Lack of lanyard hole killed the deal for me!
Thumbs down for the edge geometry
First off I want to say that the design, materials, and ergos of this knife are awesome. The fit and finish is very good as well, BUT the edge geometry is off. I saw videos where people had this issue on the first batch, but I figured it would have been resolved on this second batch. The edge isn't even when comparing the left and right side, then the angle changes going from the… read more tang to the tip. It was sharp, but very sloppy imo. I've never received a knife with the edge geometry off like it is. I've been working on it to try and fix this but probably should have just returned it since it was over $180 after tax. May still try to contact the warranty and see if they can get the edge redone. Not saying all are going to be like this but you can take it with a grain of salt.

So glade to see this released. Love the bold clip point blade on this lil EDC. The knife fits perfect and snug in my medium hands but still manly. From pinkie to pointer finger, the handle fills nicely. The micarta is amazing and provides a great grip. The flip is clean and effortless action. The blade swings open with a burst of manliness.
