The TOPS 208 CLipper serves as a handy EDC knife as well as a classy cigar cutter, with a design inspired by TOPS' first MODel, the 107D Steel Eagle. The 208 CLipper is outfitted with a CPM-S35VN steel blade that folds snugly into the handle; the tang of the blade is a bottle opener. The comfortable tan handle is made from G-10.
