I saw this knife, from a new company of which I had never heard. But, I fell in love with the design and gave it a chance, and I am damn glad I did!

is nearly perfect. The blade snaps open neatly, and closes easily, the titanium scales are very nicely milled and the lock up on the frame lock is excellent. Every part of this knife has been designed with passion, and manufactured with great caring. My only gripe is the edge grind is slightly uneven from one side to the other. And the grind itself could use some refining, as it appears slightly rough in contrast to such a beautifully made blade.
In short, V Nives has highly impressed me, and I already have my next purchase from them in mind. Thanks also to Blade HQ for awesome delivery and customer service.
