This MODel has a drop point blade with a hollow grind that evokes the trailing point of traditional filet Knives while giving you the bigger belly you need for everyday slicing and cutting. The handle is curved for a comfortable grip and a well-balanced profile. A fLipper and a thumb hole make the Vesta a snap to open.
