The R. H. Forschner Knife Company has been in business since 1855. Since that time they have become known for their extremely sharp, SWiss made, stainless steel blades by Victorinox. The blades are made of high carbon stainless steel that has been heat tReated with a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be sharpened easily and repeatedly. They have taper ground beveled edges. These Knives can stand up to yeARS of daily use without undue wear and deterioration. Each knife has a sure grip handle with finger guard. The Fibrox handles offer a comfortable grip and are slip resistant when wet.
