The 10" Slicing Knife (40147) from Victorinox features an elegant rosewood handle that is Ergonomically designed to reduce tension in the wrist and triple riveted for durability. The granton edge allows you to effortlessly make thin slices. The blade is conically ground length and crosswise for a wider break point. This results in an edge that cReates less friction when slicing for ease of use. A unique tempering process allows the edge to be continually re-sharpened without losing its durability. This knife is made in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original SWiss Army Knife.
