This MODel of the WE Knife Co. Arrakis sports a carbon fiber and gray titanium handle with a stonewashed M390 blade.The WE Knife Co. Arrakis is another Home-run design by knife maker Elijah Isham. Similar to it's predecessor, the Eschaton, its frame is made from a single piece of titanium, while the upper section of the handle is outfitted with carbon fiber scales. The wharncliffe blade is made from Bohler M390 with a two-tone finish and eccentric cut-outs.Features: Ultra-lightweight, sub-integral design made from resilient titanium.Ceramic ball bearing pivot provides smooth and responsive flipping action. Machined titanium pocket clip for secure tip-up carry.

I love different looking knives, I won't buy one if it's a normal drop point with a boring handle like the majority of knives out there. That being said it's a given why I got this one. I love it. I use my knives too, for whatever excuse I can find. It has a strong detent and requires quite a bit to start the flip but then glides open very well. I have no problem there really.

only thing that makes me carry a different knife sometimes is the pocket clip. I'm not a fan of titanium pocket clips because they have no flex and are surprisingly difficult to get out of a blue jeans pocket. The way it settles in a groove on this knife really grips and I have to hold my jeans down in order to pull this up, it's rather annoying and makes me leave it in the drawer quite often. I do wish I had the Damasteel version though.
It's the best thing ever.
I no longer fear being attacked by midgets now that I have this knife. You guys and gals single handedly cured that phobia. Now I just have to buy 913 more knives to cure the rest.
