I bought this knife as a welcome back from deployment present, and honestly didn't fall in love with it like I thought I would. It is comfortable in the hand, slightly less comfortable in the pocket. The lock up on it is insanely good, basically as good as a fixed blade. It opens and closes smoothly, but not nearly as fun to carry as my PM2, which is why I think i rarely found myself read more carrying the knife. Always going back to one of my spydercos. So I had to move across the country, and I decided I would only carry one knife (and a multi-tool) during the move process. After much debate I went with the 0223. I am so glad I did. I have been using this knife daily, and I have been so impressed by the edge retention. Better than S110V. I also reprofiled this knife to about a 36 degree inclusive edge, which I thought would weaken the edge. Not that I can tell at all. This knife is an absolute tank.

This knife is outstanding, it feels like a bank vault lock and works effortlessly smoothly. One of Zt's absolute best.

I love the knife, so there's that. Note that the specs don't specify edge length. The blade length of 3.5 inches is the shortest length at the top of the blade from where the angled hilt juts forward the most, but you can see that the cutting edge is much longer - nearly 4 inches in fact. The design here with the strong angles at each end of the handle makes the knife feel more read more like a 4-incher than other 3.5 inch blade knives. The flipper is silky-smooth, and everything about this knife oozes quality of materials and workmanship.

I've only had the knife for a week or so and so far it's a great knife. I love its style and it has great ergonomics. Flips reliably and has a smooth action. Lock up is solid with no blade play and it endured a few solid spine whacks without lock failure. Great little knife and I look forward to seeing how well it holds up over time.

Solid Knife!

My first ZT and new favorite EDC knife. Only complaint is that it wasn't that sharp from the factory but my Spyderco Sharpmaker took care of that!

You had me at inspired by a classic. I've been waiting for this knife for awhile.
Item arrived very fast, awesome shipping BladeHQ.
When I hold this knife there's like a glowing aura surrounding me, its an awesome sense of warmth and balance. Then ghosts of the past can speak to me and all the questions of the universe are answered.
That clip point Mmm! and that grippy read more handle feels so good in my hand, its a slim design, took some getting used to since most my ZT knives are beasts. this is still a lil beast tho no doubt.
Yeah... this knife is pretty epic. Time to give the blackout a break maybe. maybe.
