Buck has a winner.

I ordered my pro lite from the custom shop but wanted to say that this Buck is solid as a rock and the G10 is very stiff and has a nice grippy texture. Love it. To bad for me that I did not know about DLT sooner. I did Order a 110 custom here with green micarta scales and like them quite a lot.

Jason and his crew are simply bad ass! Excellent customer service, easy to navigate webpage, and more knives than most distributors. My order was processed AND shipped within 10 minutes of the purchase. Outstanding!!

Really want to love it

I really want to love this knife it's perfectly thin and well-balanced it's basically the buck I've been waiting for however the handle scales bow away from the center pin that the lock bar pivots on and they snap in a crunch when you squeeze your hand around it I don't know if it's because it's not real G10 or because that pin is not secured properly I'm afraid that something will read more break however

Could have been better...

This one could have been a real winner: Really nice micarta scales, great blade steel, thumb studs, deep carry pocket clip and such a lightweight - whats not to like? The problem is the missing liners. The pivot rests (and not very tight) in the micarta scales. That causes considerable blade play sidewise and gives the user a very unsecure feeling about the stability of the blade, read more esp. when compared to your normal rock steady 110 with liners and bolsters. Buck could have avoided this by using partial steel liners - like Benchmade does - around the pivot area. That would have made the blade operation more stable and would not have added much to the overall weight.
