A Slim Beast!

This is a great knife if you are looking to carry a large blade, but want to have it still fit in you pocket....along with your keys, etc. This knife is very thin, yet still feels quite strong. It has the tri-ad lock which is second to none, and makes a great sound when it locks into place. The lock was a little tight when I first got it, but after about a week of carry and use, read more it loosened up and works great. I think for the price this is a very hard to beat knife. Not the most graceful thing, but a Slim Beast!!!

I just bought this and I’m amazed by the smooth action of this knife. Extremely solid lockup as always with the triad lock, and when you disengage it the blade just drops with virtually no friction. Great ergos and a made with my favorite steel.

My only Cold Steel

I'm primarily a Spyderco collector and this was my first Cold Steel. I was very impressed. The XHP blade is very versatile and tough. It holds an edge for a good amount of usage. The handle is probably my favorite part. It feels amazing in hand and the overall look of it is just right. It's a solid knife in a sleek design.

Code 4, Solid Knife

I have EDCed my Code 4 for a little over a week and it is a winner! I like everything about this knife and forget it in my pocket because it is a fairly light knife. It is very well made, it locks up solid, and the aluminum handle is very functional. The blade is very sharp right out of the box. Cold Steel construction, fit, and finish is excellent!

The triad lock is a tank. I have used this in batoning and all kinds of cutting tasks and never worried about it closing on me. A little sluggish on the opening, but it's smooth and the thumbstud is pretty great. Doesn't hold the best edge but it's hard to sharpen. I have had this one for years and it keeps going just like the day I got it.
