Yellow Finch Runtly

Ordered this as a birthday gift for my son in law next month.
Looks like a cool little knife.
Only took it out of the box and flipped it a couple times to make sure all was well...then it went right back into the box.
The order process was extremely smooth and shipping was really fast.
Looking forward to the Harvester release and will order one of those read more for myself.

A Really Great EDC/Utility Blade

I purchased the Ghost Green version about 10 days ago and liked it so much that I decided to buy the yellow version. As in my review of the Ghost Green I'm impressed with the build quality to price point. The G10 scales are smooth to the touch-extremely pleasant to handle in and on the pocket- love the titanium clip which was executed perfectly. As far as the size is concern, its read more about the size of a medium Swiss Army knife. It's small, but with my medium size hands it has enough purchase that I feel I have complete control of the blade and should perform well in opening boxes, packages and envelops. Out-of-the-box its sharp...not razor sharp but sufficient. The weight (about 3.2 oz) is substantial but not to the point of the knife being to heavy or feeling unbalanced. If Finch is listening, maybe version 2.0 can have the steel liners skeletonized to bring the weight down to something slightly under 3 oz which I believe would be the sweet spot for this size blade. One more thing, this blade flips buttery smooth and deploys quickly due to the weight of the blade itself. If your requirements for an EDC blade requires opening lots of packages or boxes-high functionality plus exceptional quality and build then this could be it. IMHO
