Great EDC

Tim G.

While its not a BBQ knife, the 7007 is a great EDC blade. The execution of the superb ZT 0770 design is surprisingly light weight and thin. The machined G10 is more grippy than aluminum scales and does not show wear as readily as aluminum can. This blade is a real pleasure to carry and I don't have to worry about loss or damage like I would for a 7007.

Not a $40 knife

It is a nice knife, just not worth 40 bucks. Especially from the same company that makes the insane value injection line($15). Blade centering is good, it's sharp, and feels ok in hand. Not the smoothest action, but it seems to be getting smoother with use. Blade and handles are thin making for a thin package to carry... IF you don't mind tossing 30 to 40 bucks on a knife that doesn't read more look like it'll take much hard use. I do find it to be aesthetically pleasing, so I'm not upset to add it to the collection.

Unique knife

A very faithful, scaled down economy version of the Zero Tolerance 0777... well engineered with steel inserts in the G10 interior like the 0777, (though not carbon fiber like the 0777) the G10 scales are nice and thin, yet thick enough not to flex, keeping this knife extremely light. Mine arrived dead nuts centered with great lock up, deep pocket clip works fine for me. Blade size read more and thickness is same as ZT 0770... only wish it was a bit better steel than 8cr13mov... The Natrix is a very unique knife, and may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I like it. Great job Kershaw!

Not Kershaw's Best

While I like the blade profile and the look of the liner lock, folks this is not Kershaw's best work. The blade is very thin, the scales are thin and feel cheap. The pocket clip is very small and heck the whole knife just seems, well like something more in the $20 dollar range. You may want to take a look before buying. Kershaw should have beefed this knife way up. A strike out read more for me.
