Microtech has just released the California legal version of their popular UTX-70 series with a sub-2" blade. The Microtech UTX70 fires in and out automatically via the sliding firing button the the knife's right side. Handle is anodized black with bead blast finished hardware and a tip-down carry pocket clip. The double edge dagger blade is bead blasted Elmax steel with plain cutting edges.
