Ontario Blackbird SK-5 Survival Fixed Blade Knife Micarta (5" Black)
About Ontario Blackbird SK-5 Survival Fixed Blade Knife Micarta (5" Black)
The Blackbird SK-5 survival knife was designed by Paul Scheiter. The Blackbird is a beautifully simple design, yet it boasts a number of features that make it an effective bushcraft knife. The black finished spear point style blade is 154-CM stainless steel with a full flat grind, which allows for the most efficient cutting characteristics. The blade is full tang with Micarta scales that are rounded and anchored with three Allen screws. The lanyard slot allows the user to more quickly attach and remove paracord. The handle is has an index groove and guard that greatly reduce the possibility of slippage. This Blackbird SK-5 comes with a MOLLE compatible nylon sheath.
