About Ontario OKC ASEK Aircrew Survival Egress Knife System (4.95" Serr) 1400
The Ontario OKC Aircrew Survival Egress Knife (ASEK®) is used by the U.S. Armys Air Warrior Program and other branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. The ASEK knifefeatures a zinc phOSPhate black finished partially serrated clip point blade with a sawtooth spine. The handle is electrically insulated with a soft Kraton rubber overmold. Holes in the guard/quillion can be used to lash the knife as a spear. The butt cap glass breaker doubles as a hammer if needed and is outfitted with a lanyard hole.The ASEK includes a MOLLE Compatible nylon sheath with Kydex® insert and two leg straps. Inside you'll also find an anodized aluminum strap cutter with screwdriver, honing rod, lanyard and replaceable blade.
