Two fillet knife styles are available, Traditional and White River's Step-Up design, in 6", 8", and 11" blade lengths. This Traditional 6" Fillet knife has a black micarta handle and a leather sheath.White River Knife & Tool is a standout manufacturer that prides themselves on their custom quality manufacturing.
